During a guided city tour you will see the Kasbah of the Oudaïas, the Hassan Tower, the old mosque and the mausoleum of Hassan V. The drive continues to the royal city of Meknes, famous for its 40 km long city wall and the ornate city gate Bab Mansour.

The day begins with a guided tour of Meknes. You will visit the impressive granary and the mausoleum (exterior view) of the important Sultan Moulai Ismail.
You will continue to the archaeological site of Volubilis, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. After a guided tour of the monuments and well-preserved mosaics from Roman antiquity, the drive continues to the oldest of the country's four royal cities - Fès.
Journey time: 100 km, 2,5 h
The old town of Morocco's third largest city has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1981. The medina of Fès houses a number of sights which you will explore today. The tour starts on a nearby hill from where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the old and new city of Fès. You will visit the impressive entrance gates of the Sultanate Palace "Dar el-Makhzen" before heading through the blue city gate "Bab Bau Jeloud" into the maze of alleys of the medina. The individual quarters hold impressive mosques, bustling handicraft workshops, spice markets, Koranic schools and shops. The colors, smells and sounds are unique. At the end of the city tour, you will arrive at the tannery quarter, where animal skins are dyed and dried using traditional methods.
The rest of the day is free for further exploration.
Driving southwest on spectacular serpentine roads, you will cross the stunning Middle Atlas Mountains, passing Berber villages and cedar forests. Not far from Beni Mellal, you will arrive at the Bin el Ouidane reservoir, where you will spend the night in a hotel with a magnificent view of the lake.
Journey time: 350 km, 6,5 h
After a morning boat trip across the shimmering green-blue lake with magnificent views of the surrounding Atlas Mountains, you set off towards Marrakech. On the way you will stop at the impressive Ouzoud waterfalls. Continue to the royal city of Marrakech, also called the "Pearl of the South".
Journey time: 190 km, 3 h
Today is free to explore the "Red City". A city guide will accompany you to the Koutoubia Mosque (exterior view), the Bahia Palace and the "Bab Agnaou" gate. You will drift through the lively alleys of the medina until you reach the end of your guided tour at the famous market square Djemma el Fna, where cookshops, musicians and jugglers conjure up a mystical atmosphere. The rest of the day is free for further exploration at your own leisure: a stroll through the Jardin de Majorelle or a visit to a traditional hamam in the medina.
The next day you will be collected from your riad and transferred to the airport.
